(a) A person wishing to place, move or erect a fence within the Village limits must submit an application for the Mayor’s approval as to the conformation to this chapter. A copy of this chapter shall be attached to the application.

(b) A permit is required to place, move or erect fences within the Village. An application for a fence permit shall be completed by the applicant or property owner and submitted to the Building and Zoning Inspector for approval. A permit fee as provided in Section 1105.05 must accompany the application. Said permit shall be approved or rejected by the Building and Zoning Inspector after a review of the application. Appeal from a decision of the Building and Zoning Inspector may be made to the Board of Zoning Appeals, per Chapter 1105 of the Zoning Ordinance.
