(a) It shall be unlawful to move, place or erect a fence which is of a design which prevents vision through the fence, and/or a fence which is over forty-eight inches in height, between the front street line and the building setback line (the front line of any structure thereon).
Side yards of corner lots shall be considered the same as front yards.
(b) It shall be unlawful to move, place or erect any fence over six feet in height withiin the corporation limits of the Village.
