Entrance gates, posts, columns, walls, fences or similar structures designed to indicate entrances to subdivisions or parts thereof, and signs designating subdivisions or developments, will be permissible either on public or private property, provided both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Council determine the structures to be desirable. In no case will such approval be given unless provision is made, satisfactory to the Council, for proper location and maintenance of such structures. (Ord. 22-089. Passed 12-5-22.)
