1105.01 ZONING AND CODE ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR.

(a) It shall be the duty of the Zoning and Code Enforcement Inspector, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council to enforce this Ordinance. It shall also be the duty of all officials and employees of the Municipality to assist the Zoning and Code Enforcement Inspector by reporting to him new construction, reconstruction or changes in land uses.

(b) Appeal from the decision of the Zoning and Code Enforcement Inspector may be made to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
