§ 157.657 MINIMUM YARDS; UTILITY SUBSTATIONS.

Each public utility substation shall maintain the minimum yards required for a dwelling in the same zone, except that the rear yard may be reduced to the following:

Zone	Minimum Yard Size
In an Agricultural Zone	10 ft.
In a Residential Zone	5 ft.
