§ 157.656 MINIMUM LOT AREA; UTILITY SUBSTATIONS.
   Each public utility substation shall be located on a lot or parcel of ground of not less than the following minimum area:
 
Zone
Minimum Lot Area
In an Agricultural Zone
5,000 sq. ft.
In a Residential Zone
2,000 sq. ft.
