§ 157.605 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
   (A)   Accessory buildings are a permitted use in all agricultural and residential zones, subject to the following height and setback limitations.

0-8,000 sq. ft.
8,000-12,500 sq. ft.
12,501-20,000 sq. ft.
20,001-30,000 sq. ft.
30,001+sq. ft.
Max. height
15 ft.
20 ft.
25 ft.
30 ft.
35 ft.
Front setback
All accessory buildings must be located a minimum of 5 ft. behind the front plane of the home.
Side setback
5 ft.
5 ft.
10 ft.
10 ft.
10 ft.
Rear setback
5 ft.
5 ft.
10 ft.
10 ft.
10 ft.
 
   (B)   Regardless of the above setbacks, accessory buildings located in the portion of the lot adjacent to the street shall observe all side setbacks for a primary dwelling. No additional side setback is required, but the rear setback shall be as indicated above.
