Yard use and height regulations shall be the same as for the zone in which the cluster subdivision is located. The minimum lot width may be reduced below the width normally required in the zone in which the cluster subdivision is located as follows: In the Agriculture A-1 and A-2 Zone, up to a 25% reduction.
