§ 157.542 EFFECT ON NONCONFORMING BUSINESSES.

All existing legal, nonconforming sexually-oriented businesses, as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this subchapter, or any amendment hereto, shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter within nine months from the date this subchapter is enacted.
