§ 157.501 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   RENTER. A single person or group of people who provide compensation, in any form, in exchange for occupancy of a dwelling unit, or portion thereof, under one lease or rental agreement.
