§ 157.432 PERMITTED ZONES.

A planned residential unit development shall be permitted as a conditional use in the A-1, A-2, R-1, R-2, and R-2.5 Zones, and not withstanding any other provisions of this subchapter, the provisions as hereinafter set forth shall be applicable if any conflict exists. Clustering of homes is allowed within a PRUD subdivision.
