For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS. A place providing temporary sleeping accommodations that are regularly rented to the public, and includes:
(1) A motel;
(2) A hotel;
(3) A motor court;
(4) An inn;
(5) A bed and breakfast establishment;
(6) A condominium; and
(7) A resort home.
RENTS.
(1) Rents; and
(2) Timeshare fees and dues.
TRANSIENT. The occupation of a public accommodation, by a person, of less than 30 consecutive days.
