§ 157.277 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

Site Development	Requirements
Minimum area	4 acres for a mobile/manufactured home park, trailer court, and overnight recreational vehicle park
Minimum lot size	The yard, width, and layout for a trailer court or overnight recreation vehicle park
Minimum lot width	Mobile/manufactured home park shall be as prescribed in the city
Minimum yard setbacks	Mobile home park ordinance
