(A) Density. There shall be no more than one residential unit per acre contained within the boundaries of each phase of every subdivision or planned unit development; except when previously completed phases of the same development have sufficiently low density so that the average is still one residential unit per acre or less.
(B) Lot area. There shall be a minimum of 20,000 square feet in each lot. When a variety of lot sizes are used, the larger will be place against existing lots whenever possible.
(C) Lot width. Minimum lot width is 100 feet.
(D) Buffer. All lots contiguous to an A-1 or A-2 Zone are to be a minimum of 20,000 square feet.
