§ 33.021 TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE.
   (A)   Transportation impact fees. Based on, and in consideration of, the above-listed findings in § 33.020 of the City Council, the data contained in the city’s general plan, and impact fee analysis (Exhibit A), the City Council finds that there should be, and there is hereby enacted, the following transportation impact fees, the applicability of which to the categories indicated is hereby confirmed, for the above-established transportation impact service area in § 33.020, said fees having been determined to comport as required with applicable law and the findings of the impact fee analysis.
   (B)   Impact fee assessment to new development.

   (C)   Exemptions. The City Manager or designee may grant an exemption or elimination for the payment of impact fees for newly constructed moderate income housing units and accessory dwelling units.
