§ 155.049 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.

Nothing contained in this subchapter is intended to relieve any person or entity from any obligation to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to clean water and/or stormwater runoff.
