§ 152.090 ENFORCEMENT: NOTICE OF VIOLATION, CORRECTIVE ACTIONS, AND STOP WORK ORDERS.
   (A)   The City Engineer and Public Works Director shall have the authority to issue notices of violation under this chapter.
   (B)   Notices of violation may be issued, and fines and penalties imposed for:
      (1)   Violation of any condition of the permit, the bond, or of any provision of this chapter;
      (2)   Violation of any provision of any other ordinance of the city or law relating to the work;
      (3)   Existence of any condition, or the doing of any act, which does constitute, may constitute, or causes a condition endangering life or property;
      (4)   Failure to conform to city design standards; and/or
      (5)   Excavating in the right-of-way without a permit.
   (C)   Other enforcement actions that may be imposed include:
      (1)   Revocation or suspension of permit;
      (2)   Full stop work order;
      (3)   Conditional stop work order;
      (4)   Order removal and replacement of faulty work or restoration; and/or
      (5)   Require an extension of the warranty period.
   (D)   Nothing shall preclude the Code Enforcement Officer from issuing notices of violation and imposing finds under their jurisdiction, including City Code, Chapter 90: Health and Sanitation; Nuisances.
