§ 152.34 APPEAL OF SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, OR STOP-WORK ORDER.
   Any suspension, revocation, or stop-work order by the City Engineer may be appealed by the permittee to the Mayor (or his or her designee) by filing a written notice of appeal within ten days of the action of the City Engineer. The Mayor (or his or her designee) shall hear such appeal, if written request therefor be timely filed, as soon as practicable, and render his or her decision within a reasonable time following filing of the notice of appeal.
