§ 152.31 WORK WITHOUT PERMIT.
   (A)   A stop-work order may be issued by the City Engineer directed to any person or persons doing or causing any work to be done in the public way without a permit.
   (B)   Any person found to be doing work in the public way without having obtained a permit, as provided in this subchapter, shall be required to pay a permit fee equal to two times the normal permit fee. For replacement work, where a fee is not normally charged, the normal permit fee for new construction shall apply.
