§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   A violation of § 131.01(B)(2)(a) is a Class C misdemeanor, as set forth under the State Criminal Code, unless it was committed in a dwelling, in which event it is a Class B misdemeanor as set forth under the State Criminal Code.
      (2)   A violation of § 131.01(B)(2)(b) is an infraction as set forth under the State Criminal Code.

   (C)   The city may abate transient activity on any property or violations of § 131.02. Violating § 131.02 is a Class C misdemeanor subject to a fine not to exceed $750.

   (D)   Any person found to be in violation of § 131.03 will be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and/or subject to a term of imprisonment not to exceed six months, and a fine not to exceed $1,000, and/or both. Each day during which violation of § 131.03 occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
