§ 112.22 APPEAL PROCEDURES.

The denial, suspension, or revocation of any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be appealed to the Mayor of the city. The decision of the Mayor may be appealed to the City Council. The decision of the City Council shall be final. Appellants may be represented by counsel at their own expense
