§ 31.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any candidate who fails to comply with § 31.02 is guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in UCA § 76-3-205.
