§ 112.06 LOCATION AND ZONING RESTRICTIONS.

It is unlawful for any sexually-oriented business to do business at any location within the city not zoned for such business. Sexually-oriented businesses licensed as adult businesses or semi-nude entertainment businesses pursuant to this chapter shall only be allowed in areas zoned for their use pursuant to §§ 157.540 through 157.544.
