§ 110.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   SIDEWALK VENDOR. Any person licensed under this chapter who sells, or offers to sell, food, nonalcoholic beverages, balloons, cut flowers, caps, T-shirts, souvenirs, or handmade crafts on a public sidewalk.
