(A) Certain facilities and areas, including any rodeo or arena areas, within the city parks, as designated by the city, may be reserved by any adult person upon payment of the required fee, as such fees may be established from time to time by the City Council.
(B) Said reservations shall be made through the city’s Mayor, or his or her designee, and shall be made in conformance with reservation policies adopted and amended from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
