(A) Pursuant to the provisions of UCA § 10-3-818, as amended, the monthly compensation schedule of, and for, certain elected, appointed, and statutory officers of the city is as follows:

(B) (1) The Treasurer shall pay each elected and statutory officer, except for the City Recorder, on the first City Council meeting of each month by delivery of a check drawn on the municipal checking account to the officer personally, by electronic transfer, or by mailing the check to the individual at his or her home, postage prepaid.
(2) The City Recorder will be paid as set forth in the personnel policy, § 31.01, on the tenth and the twenty-fifth of each month, or on the same pay schedule as may, from time to time, be established for all other city employees by the City Council.
(C) Each member of the governing body shall receive mileage and per diem for all trips approved by the governing body according to schedules adopted by the State Department of Finance and/or Internal Revenue Service.
