§ 93.03 REGULATIONS AND FEES.
   The City Council may promulgate rules and regulations relating to the city’s park(s) and may amend such rules and regulations from time to time. The City Council may also adopt and impose fees for the use of parks, park facilities, and for reserving any such facilities.
