§ 92.05 OFFICE OF CEMETERY SEXTON.
   There is hereby created the Office of Cemetery Sexton. The Cemetery Sexton, and any Deputy Sexton(s), shall work under the direction of the Director of Parks and Recreation, and shall be appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of the City Council.
