§ 92.02 APPLICATION OF STATE LAW.

All provisions of the laws regulating cemeteries of the state, not inconsistent with this chapter, are hereby also accepted as the cemetery laws and ordinances of the city. This includes, but is not limited to, UCA Title 8, 1953, as amended.
