§ 91.117 DUTY TO REPORT DOMESTIC ANIMAL INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT.

Any person having knowledge of any automobile accident or other accident involving a domesticated animal killed or injured has a duty to report the incident to law enforcement and seek to ascertain and contact the owner of the domesticated animal if possible.
