§ 91.116 DUTY TO REPORT ANIMAL BITE.
   (A)   Any person having knowledge of any animal bite on a person or other animal shall immediately report the incident to Animal Control.
   (B)   To the extent this section does not conflict with HIPPA, a physician, veterinarian, or other medical personnel who renders treatment to a person relating to an animal bite shall immediately report the bite to Animal Control. Information shall include contact information of the person or animal bitten, and information on the animal that inflicted the bite, along with any other facts that may assist Animal Control.
   (C)   Any person treating an animal bitten, injured, or mauled by another animal shall report the incident to Animal Control within 24 hours.
