(A) Any vaccinated animal impounded because of a lack of a rabies vaccination tag may be reclaimed by its owner upon furnishing proof of a rabies vaccination and payment of impoundment fees.
(B) Any unvaccinated animal may be reclaimed prior to disposal by payment of impound fees and by signing a commitment to obtain rabies vaccination within 14 days of release.
(C) Any animal not reclaimed within the prescribed time may be disposed of, as provided in § 91.098.
