§ 91.056 NOTICE OF CHANGE FOR ANIMAL BOARDING ESTABLISHMENT.

(A) The licensee of an animal boarding establishment shall notify the city and Animal Control within 30 days of any change of its establishment or operation which may affect the status of a land use/conditional use permit or license.

(B) The duty to notify, as provided in this section, is on the licensee.
