§ 91.039 DOG LICENSES GENERALLY.

   Animal Control shall issue a metallic tag for each dog license granted under this chapter. The dog license is:

   (A)   To be placed and maintained on a dog collar for each dog licensed under this chapter;

   (B)   Valid for the term provided by Animal Control;

   (C)   Non-transferable from one dog to another; and

   (D)   Non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.
