§ 91.038 DOG LICENSE REQUIRED AND ISSUANCE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, harbor, or maintain a dog over the age of four months of age without registering and obtaining a license for such dog from Animal Control. All dogs in the city shall require licensing within 30 days after they enter the city, or within 30 days after having reached the age of four months.
   (B)   Dog licenses shall be issued based upon:
      (1)   The applicant filing a complete application;
      (2)   The applicant paying the applicable fee;
      (3)   The applicant providing legitimate documentation whether a dog is spayed or neutered; and
      (4)   The applicant providing proof that the dog has received current rabies vaccination.
