§ 152.011 OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful to commit in or upon any public sidewalk or driveway approach any act or thing which is an obstruction or interference to safe pedestrian passage; or prevents the free and uninterrupted ingress, egress, and regress, therein, thereon, and thereto.
