(A) Any business which involves the shipping and receiving of goods shall provide adequate space for loading, and unloading of such goods. Such space shall be provided outside of the public right of way.
(B) The loading and unloading area shall include a ten-foot by 25-foot bay for the first 3,000 square feet GFA and an additional bay for each 20,000 square feet of floor space, or fraction thereof. The number of required bays shall be calculated on the square footage of each building with loading/unloading areas and not on the overall square footage of the buildings on the site.
