§ 36.16 INTERLOCAL COOPERATION.
   Wherever the public benefit can be maximized, and costs minimized by entering into joint agreements with other public agencies or organizations for the purchase or construction of any commodity, service, or public work, the city shall have the power to so agree, upon approval and action by the City Manager.
