§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any Council member violating the provisions of § 30.04 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall cease to be a Council member, in addition to any other penalty imposed by the court.
