§ 71.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   RESIDENT. Anyone who resides, or owns, property within the boundaries of the city.
   VEHICLE. Includes any vehicle, trailer, truck, recreational vehicle, or watercraft.
