§ 70.01 DYNAMIC BRAKING DEVICES.

(A) No person shall operate, nor shall any person cause, allow, permit, or fail to control the operation of any motor vehicle with a dynamic braking device engaged, except for the avoidance of imminent danger.

(B) The city’s Public Works Department is directed to cause Wilson Lane to be so marked and signed.
