§ 33.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, whether as principal, agent, owner, lessee, tenant, contractor, builder, architect, engineer or otherwise, who violates any provision of §§ 33.130 through 33.144 shall be subject to a fine as follows, for each offense:

      (1)   Not less than $10 nor more than $2,500 for demolition; and

      (2)   Not less than $10 nor more than $300 for all other offenses.
