§ 33.072 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The City Council shall appoint two members of the Redevelopment Commission; the city executive (City Council President) shall appoint three members of the Development Commission as provided by the Act.
   (B)   Each member appointed shall be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the city.
