§ 33.005 APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES FOR THE ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION AND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   Effective January 1, 2006 it shall be the practice of the city that members of the Council that are appointed to serve on the Commission shall not be eligible for the position of President or Vice President of the Commission.
