§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   No person, whether as owner, lessee, sublessee or occupant, shall erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, remove, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or premises, or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 150.30 through 150.36 or any order issued by the Building Commissioner. Any person violating the provisions of §§ 150.30 through 150.36 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
