   (A)   With respect to all fees set forth in the tables below:
      (1)   Fractional acreage or square feet shall be rounded up to the next whole number for purposes of calculating fees; and
      (2)   Application fees do not include costs associated with an applicant’s public noticing requirements.
   (B)   The following fees shall be collected by the by the Economic and Community Development Department for building, zoning and development related activities:
