I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28 is hereby incorporated by reference in this section. All proceedings within the city for inspection, repair or removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by such law and the provisions of this section. If the provisions of this section conflict with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, then the provisions of the state statute shall control.
