§ 117.11 COMPLAINTS.
   In the event of violation of the provisions of this chapter by the licensee, the City Council may, upon complaint of any person or upon its own motion, cite and require any licenseee to appear before the Council and show cause why the license should not be revoked or suspended. The Council shall hear and determine the merits of the complaint and shall make such orders as shall be found necessary to remedy the cause of the complaint, or may revoke or suspend the license to protect the public interest.
