(A) The holder of a license issued under this chapter shall, at all times, maintain all motor vehicles in a safe and clean condition. Rates and fares shall not be charged in excess of those contained in the schedule of rates filed with the City Council.
(B) The holder of a license shall comply with all provisions of this chapter and all other city ordinances and all laws and regulations of the state regarding the use and operation of motor vehicles, including those applicable to motor vehicles for hire as public carriers.
