§ 117.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TAXI SERVICE. Operating on a regular basis any motor vehicle, except a bus as defined in I.C. 9-13-2-17, for the purpose of transporting public passengers for hire within the corporate boundaries of the city.
